Assistant Golf Course Superintendent 

Duties/Responsibilities to include but not limited to: 

• Equipment Maintenance & Operation. 

• Crew Management and Training. 

• Irrigation Management and Repair. 

• Fertilization and Pesticide Applications (Pesticide License desired but not required). 

• Assistant will work closely with the Superintendent in all aspects of the course maintenance. 

• Current Superintendent is planning to retire in a few years, plans to groom the right candidate to fill his position. 

Qualifications: 

• Willingness to Learn all Aspects of Golf Course Management. 

• 3-5 years of Experience in Golf Course Maintenance. 

• 2-4 Year Degree in Turfgrass Management desired but not required. 

Compensation:
